Color or Style Variations: Due to lighting and monitor differences, the colors and textures of our products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We do not offer refunds for minor differences in appearance.

Product Misuse: Any damage to the product caused by improper use or care does not qualify for a refund.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any purchased items. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting our customer service team before purchasing to ensure you select the correct size.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the product) with clear photographic evidence of the issue. If the product is indeed defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement or store credit in lieu of a refund. All defective item claims are subject to review.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to cancel it. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

6. Shipping Errors

While we strive to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, if you receive an incorrect item (other than the one you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will send you the correct product at no additional cost, and we may request the return of the incorrect item.

All sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
